Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all software development services purchased from RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED under a proposal, quotation or written agreement.

Projects delivered by RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED are executed in milestones. Payments made against a milestone that has been delivered and approved are non-refundable, as work, engineering time and infrastructure have already been consumed.

A refund of the unutilised portion of an advance may be requested within 7 days of payment if RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED has not commenced work on the corresponding milestone. Where work has begun, RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED will refund the balance after deducting effort delivered, third-party costs and applicable taxes.

Advances against completed milestones, design work already approved, third-party licences, developer account fees, payment gateway charges, domain and hosting purchases, cloud and streaming infrastructure usage, and rush-delivery premiums are non-refundable.

Either party may cancel an engagement with 15 days written notice to support@raizadaempires.com. On cancellation, the client pays for all work completed up to the cancellation date and receives the deliverables produced to that point.

Feature additions or direction changes after milestone sign-off are treated as new scope and are quoted separately. Dissatisfaction arising from scope changes outside the agreed specification is not a ground for refund.

Send refund requests to support@raizadaempires.com with the invoice reference and reason. RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED acknowledges requests within 3 working days and, where approved, processes refunds within 14 working days to the original payment method.

Raising a chargeback without first contacting RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED may result in suspension of delivery and withholding of source code until the matter is resolved.
