RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED provides software development services including live streaming app development, voice chat room development, Android and iOS app development, website design and development, game and H5 game development, AI solutions, enterprise software, WebRTC engineering, AWS Cloud and Cloudflare implementation, UI/UX design and custom software development. Scope, deliverables and timelines are defined in a written proposal or agreement.

All quotations issued by RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Projects are executed on a milestone basis. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Delayed payment may pause delivery.

The client is responsible for timely feedback, content, brand assets, third-party accounts, payment gateway approvals, store developer accounts and any required licences or regulatory permissions.

On full and final settlement of all invoices, ownership of custom deliverables produced for the client transfers to the client. RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, internal libraries, tooling and its own products including Zigo Live, and reserves the right to reuse generic, non-confidential components.

RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED claims no official affiliation, sponsorship, partnership or endorsement with Bigo Live or any other third-party application, brand or platform. RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED develops custom live streaming and voice chat applications with similar functionality. All trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

Clients may not use software delivered by RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED for illegal activity, gambling where prohibited, fraud, harassment, distribution of obscene content or any activity violating applicable law or app store policy.

RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED warrants that delivered work will materially conform to the agreed specification and provides a defect-correction window as stated in the agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability of RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED is limited to the fees paid for the affected deliverable. RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses including loss of revenue or data.

Both parties agree to keep commercial and technical information disclosed during the engagement confidential.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute involving RAIZADA EMPIRES PRIVATE LIMITED.
